Our compact sedan now has a crossover version of its own. Volvo is actually the only manufacturer to sell a cross-over sedan. Volvo's new S60 Cross Country originally debuted in January at the Detroit Auto Show. The sedan sits 65mm or 2.5 inches higher off of the ground than the regular S60. This model will carry the all-wheel drive system, just like that of the V60 Cross Country. In Europe, the market will also see a front-wheel drive variation of this. 		  
 Exterior:
  The exterior of the S60 Cross Country really helps distinguish it from the regular S60 model. It has the Cross Country honeycomb grill, which we are familiar with from the V60 Cross Country. The vehicle also carries glossy black green house and mirror caps, and the Cross Country emblem is embossed in the rear skid plate.

Wheels: This Volvo has 18" standard wheels, but also has optional 19" wheels which are high profile, and are said to improve the comfort, reduce noise, and add wheel protection when needed.

Colors: The 2016 S60 Cross country will be available in 5 different colors:

Onyx Black, Osmium Grey,  Crystal White, Bright Silver, and Rich Java
Interior:
The Scandinavian design of the S60 Cross Country is made up of simple shapes and surfaces. Everything is organized and doesn't feel cluttered. Natural materials including wood and leather add to the elegant feel of the interior.

The sport seats in the car are so comfortable in that they hug the driver's legs and shoulders. The driver will stay put in their seat no matter what terrain they cross.
  
  Power Train:

In America, we will see the S60CC with a T5 All-Wheel Drive power-train delivering 254 hp.
Technology:
Your new S60 CC will come loaded will all of Volvo's latest technology. Here's a few examples:

- Driver display uses an active TFT or Thin Film Transistor which is available in many different themes, such as a brown cross country theme.
